BE WELL with Lifestyle Medicine

Be Well is our whole person care commitment to walk alongside you, to help you reach YOUR health goals! We want you to ENJOY the journey and make it as practical, tasty, and as doable as possible. You will learn evidence-based strategies that incorporate the use of food as medicine, physical activity, sleep, stress management, avoiding risky substances, and social connection, as pillars to incorporate into your daily lifestyle.   Learn what works for you to ensure your short and long-term success, and overcome your personal hurdles to implementing good lifestyle choices. Change can be difficult, so learn strategies to customize a success plan for you!

 

Lifestyle medicine interventions are used as a primary modality to treat chronic conditions including, but not limited to, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, arthritis and obesity.   When used intensively, using lifestyle as medicine, you can often reverse such conditions, reduce medication and also provides effective prevention for these conditions.

  • Group medical visits that are interactive learning sessions, live Q&A. 

  • Food demos and Physical activity are usually a part of each session, or included in the series.

  • SMART Goal setting and accountability at each session

  • Comprehensive Medical Intake with Blood Panel (Before & After Comparison) 

  • Individual, One-on-One Nutrition and Lifestyle Wellness Coaching
