NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE MEDICINE FOUNDATONS​

  • 8 group education sessions with Q&A-in person, online and recordings access 

  • Presented by Dr Asena Madison Horton, MD based on Dr Joel Furhman's book "Eat to Live"

Improve your physical fitness and commit to at least 2 group workouts/week
3 workout options:
1. Onsite-In Person at The Garden of Eden Health Center
with Trainer-Robert Candia.
2. All Gym Access Pass at Body by Maria (BBM) with Trainer Maria Jones. All Gym Access pass x2 months. Includes a variety of classes and times to fit your schedule. Located off Hull St, Southside Richmond, VA 
3. Virtual Workouts-virtual workouts from the comfort of your home with trainer Tina Johnson.

DESTRESS AND MINDFULNESS 
Yoga-8 sessions access pass 

  • De-stress from your day with Yoga sessions. Learn and practice Mindfulness. Increase your flexibility. Christian faith-friendly.

  • Balance training is recommended 2x per week for optimal health, especially after 50 years of life. 

  • In-person and virtual options are available.
